ChickenFactory.net now has an official server! The server is being run on my old gaming machine. With our new fiber connection, it's able to handle 16 players without a problem! Now that we have a server, I want to set up Chicken Factory as a fun gaming community, something like After Effects was. My plan is to set up the best HL1/HL2 mods on the server and have them all ready to go at a moment's notice (CS, TS, NS, ZP, DoD, Sven Co-op, CS:S, TF2, etc..). That way we can all get together as a community and go play any game together! We'll have an advantage because we can choose which game our server runs, and we'll have a good group of people to play with! The server is running 24/7 and has an awesome auto-restart script that will re-start the server incase it crashes (Thanks Kimera!). Well, what are you waiting for? Go ahead and start playing!
